INSPIRABLACK provides a subscription service that allows our members to access reservation services at discounted rates in hotels, resorts, cruises, car rentals, air transport, vacation homes and discounts on purchase of variety of products (INSPIRABLACK content) through the INSPIRABLACK website - inspirablack.com.
The INSPIRABLACK service is provided to you by Inspiramexico Inc, an Arizona C Corp. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, "INSPIRABLACK service", "our service" or "the service" means the service provided by INSPIRABLACK for viewing and purchasing INSPIRABLACK content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.
1. Membership.
Your INSPIRABLACK membership is an annual membership which is active as long as annual dues are paid or until terminated. To use the INSPIRABLACK service you must have Internet access and an internet ready device, and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which you may update from time to time ("Payment Method"). You can find specific details regarding your INSPIRABLACK membership by visiting our website and clicking on the "Profile" link available at the top of the pages of the INSPIRABLACK website.
2. Billing
2.1. Billing Cycle. The membership fee for the INSPIRABLACK service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on an annual basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month.
2.2. Payment Methods. You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. When you update your Payment Method, you authorize us to continue charging the updated Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment dates. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
2.3. Cancellation. You can cancel your INSPIRABLACK membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the INSPIRABLACK service through the end of your annual billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-year membership period. To cancel, please email INSPIRABLACK at [email protected]. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. All reservations made on the INSPIRABLACK website shall be respected regardless of account closure.
2.4. Changes to the Price and Service Plans. We may change our annual membership fee from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will apply to you no earlier than the following billing cycle. If you are enrolled an automatic renewal program, your fees shall not be changed until such plan your renewal plan is canceled for any reason.
3. INSPIRABLACK Service
3.1. You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to become a member of the INSPIRABLACK service.
3.2. The INSPIRABLACK service and any reservation made through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. During your INSPIRABLACK membership we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the INSPIRABLACK service and view INSPIRABLACK content. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for commercial purposes or resale.
3.3 Reservations made through the INSPIRABLACK service are subject to Terms specified in the reservation confirmation. Terms of the reservations can be reviewed on the reservation confirmation or on the INSPIRABLACK member website.
3.4 Cancelations or changes to the reservations made on the INSPIRABLACK website are subject to terms of the reservation. Additional fees may apply to any changes or cancelations.
3.5. INSPIRABLACK regularly makes changes to the service, including the list of services, suppliers of services, and terms of service.
